Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 10 days or more before the tour commencement date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 72 hours before the tour commencement date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour commencement date will not receive a refund. Tour Prices Prices are based on the number of participants and are subject to change. Prices include guide services, transportation, and activities as listed in the tour itinerary. Participant Responsibilities Participants are responsible for their own travel documents (passport, visa, etc.). Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance.
