Cancellations made 72 hours before the tour commencement date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 days before the tour commencement date will not receive a refund. Tour Prices Prices are based on the number of participants and are subject to change. Prices include guide services, transportation, and activities as listed in the tour itinerary. Tour Itinerary The tour itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Guide Kophi Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary without prior notice. Participant Responsibilities Participants are responsible for their own travel documents (passport, visa, etc.). Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance. Liability Guide Kophi Tours shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss during the tour. Participants acknowledge that they participate in the tour at their own risk.
