Luxury Car rentals in Ghana ⦁ Maximum Passenger 7 ⦁ Our vehicles come with drivers ⦁ Rental period is for 12 hours from the period the driver gets to your location. ⦁ Outside of Accra Prices is determined by the region ⦁ In cases where vehicle will be out of Accra but will be returning the same day, exemptions are made. ⦁ Fuel Policy: Vehicle comes with full tank and MUST be filled back to full tank by client after their rental period. ⦁ In case of traveling outside Accra, accommodation must be provided for the driver by guest.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 10 days or more before the tour commencement date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 72 hours before the tour commencement date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 days before the tour commencement date will not receive a refund. Tour Prices Prices are based on the number of participants and are subject to change. Prices include guide services, transportation, and activities as listed in the tour itinerary. Tour Itinerary The tour itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Guide Kophi Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary without prior notice. Participant Responsibilities Participants are responsible for their own travel documents (passport, visa, etc.). Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance. Liability Guide Kophi Tours shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss during the tour. Participants acknowledge that they participate in the tour at their own risk. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. By booking a tour with Guide Kophi Tours, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
